Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Olavita, which is why we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will happily send you a replacement — free of charge.

Please contact us at support@olavitastore.com within 7 days of receiving your item with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

 Order Changes or Cancellations

Please note, we begin processing your order as soon as it’s placed. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations or modifications once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your selections before submitting.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • The wrong item or size

  • Clearly defective

  • Damaged during shipping

Please email us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.

We will cover the cost of sending you a new item.


 Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the order date, please reach out to us and we’ll work to resolve the situation. We may offer a reshipment or store credit depending on the case.


 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only granted in the following cases:

  • Item is out of stock after purchase

  • The wrong product was sent and a replacement cannot be made

  • The item is proven to be defective and cannot be replaced

Once your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Customer errors (wrong size/color ordered)

  • Minor differences in product color due to monitor settings

  • Late delivery due to courier delays


 International Orders

Customers outside of the US are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Olavita is not responsible for delays due to customs.
